Total Response Ltd Board of Directors
The Board is made up of one independent SHG Member, one SSHA Board Member and a Member from MMHA's Board. Also on the Board of Directors are SHG's Chief Executive, SSHA’s Managing Director and TRL's Head of Property.
Their responsibilities are to develop and monitor the business plan for the company ensuring that the company is financially viable, to ensure that all the ventures it undertakes meet the objectives of Shropshire Housing Group, and to agree budgets and expenditure and to approve annual accounts in relation to the company.

JOHN STRINGER trained as a Quantity Surveyor and has worked in the construction industry for many years. In 1991 he joined Dudley MBC to manage their 500 strong Property Services Team. In 1997 he was made responsible for all strategic housing issues and the management of 24000 council houses. John lives in Craven Arms and after retiring in 2005 became a member of the SSHA Board of Management, he is now Chair of the Total Response Board.
MARTIN BUXEY lives at Bomere Heath and has been a member of the Shropshire Housing Group Board since August 2007. He is also Chair of the Performance Committee as well as a Director of Total Response Ltd. Martin has extensive experience of strategic management and policy formulation as an Army Officer specialising in logistics operations and latterly, in procurement and contracting, working abroad with the United Nations. He holds a MSc in Management Sciences, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and is a Justice of the Peace for Shrewsbury and North Shropshire.

Martin joined South Shropshire Housing Association as Chief Executive in 1991. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing with over 30 years of experience in housing, working in local government, the voluntary sector and as a freelance consultant.
STEPHEN DONKERSLEY lives in Wem and has been a Board Member of the MMHA Board of Management since December 2007. Stephen is a freelance Social Worker/Social Work Manager.
