Shropshire Housing Limited, the Parent Company, is responsible for delivering the shared services to all members of the Group:
Meres and Mosses Housing Association (MMHA)
South Shropshire Housing Association (SSHA)
Total Response Ltd, our repairs and maintenance specialists.
Shropshire Housing Ltd is a non charitable Industrial and Provident society. It owns no property.
The Chief Executive’s Department is responsible for Planning and Strategic Direction, Leadership of the Group Executive, Management of Shropshire Housing Ltd;
The Resources Department manages Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources;
The Corporate Services Department leads on Regulation, Governance, Performance Management and Communications.
