Head of the department is Jen Hayball (pictured) who is Assistant Director of Performance and Governance, with Company Secretary responsibilities. Jen is responsible for Governance Arrangements, Risk Management, Regulation, Framework of Internal Controls, Data Protection and Internal Audit.
Lee Bennett is the Performance Officer who is responsible for Performance Management and Continuous Improvement.
Sharon Turner and Victoria Coleman are the Communications Officers and are responsible for Communications both internally and externally.
Nicola Topp is Governance Support Officer.
Liz Bromley is Administrative Assisitant, responsible for Board administration.
