Group Executive Committee

  
 
The Group Executive Committee is responsible for developing objectives and strategies, and implementing policy.
 
It consists of five Executive members; The Group Chief Executive, Group Resources Director, Group Company Secretary, Managing Director of South Shropshire Housing Association and Managing Director of Meres and Mosses Housing Association.

Martin Holland – Group Chief Executive
Martin joined South Shropshire Housing Association as Chief Executive in 1991. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing with over 30 years of experience in housing, working in local government, the voluntary sector and as a freelance consultant.

Niki Talbot – Group Director of Resources
Prior to her appointment as Group Director of Resources Niki was responsible for finance, I.T., Customer Services, HR, and Facilities Management at South Shropshire Housing Association. She qualified in 1996 whilst working at South Shropshire District Council having worked her way up to Financial Services Manager from Accountancy Trainee.

Paul Sutton – Managing Director of South Shropshire Housing Association
Paul joined SSHA in 1994. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director he undertook the role
of Operations Director managing Estate and Support Services together with Development, Asset Management and Maintenance. Paul is a Chartered Surveyor with a background in private practice.

Jennie Barfoot – Managing Director of Meres and Mosses Housing Association
Jennie, appointed in 2007 as Managing Director of MMHA, has over 25 years experience of working in social housing. She has worked in Local Government, Tenant Management Organisations and for both traditional and LSVT Housing Associations. Jennie is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Jen Hayball - Assistant Director, Performance and Governance
Jen has over 20 years experience in social housing. She obtained her professional qualification in 1989 and has worked in both local government and for an LSVT, holding a variety of posts covering housing management, policy and performance. Most recently she spent four and a half years as a housing inspector with the Audit Commission.
