Your rent is due weekly in advance every Monday.
There are several ways in which you can pay your rent:
You will receive a rent payment card when you sign your tenancy agreement.
You can pay online with your rent payment card, and your debit card here:
Download the allpay app from the app store or google play to pay your rent straight from your smart phone.
Payment can be made by Direct Debit if you have a bank or building society account. Direct Debits can be collected any day of the month upto 28th. You can download the Direct Debit form from the links section or you can contact Customer Services on 0300 303 1190 for a Direct Debit form.
Payment can be made by standing order if you have a bank or building society account. This is an alternative to Direct Debit. Contact Customer Services for a standing order form, and return it to your bank.
You can pay with your rent payment card by cash, cheque or debit card at the Post Office or by cash at any PayPoint outlet displaying the PayPoint sign. Please keep your receipt as proof of payment.
Call our automated phone line on 0844 557 8321 and follow the instructions to register. Please make a note of the authorisation code as proof of payment.
You can also call our Customer Services team on 0300 303 1190 during office hours to make your payment. We can set up a recurring payment from your debit card so you don't have to call every week. If the payment fails due to insufficiant funds, you will not get bank charges. You will get notification of a payment and you can choose the collection date.

Cheque payments can be sent to our offices. Please make cheques payable to South Shropshire Housing Association or Meres and Mosses Housing Association, depending on who your landlord is. Write your tenancy reference number on the back. Your tenancy reference number is on your rent statement. Please see the contact us page for our addresses.
